This is normal as a lifestyle experience, most people at one point or another in life may begin to question their lifestyle, in saying I need this or that, especially when the routine is so Mundane in this modern hectic times.

In fact it's quite natural and healthy to sometimes desire a change from the current circumstances and conditions that you are in right now, because it helps to breathe a healthy vision, encouragement and hope into your perception of the future.

One important point here is that in life, when we become conscious of anything and then truly desire it, we emit the energy that would draw to us those things that we desire, as we continue to hold our vision and drive the necessary actions to achieve it.

So the first thing to understand when you think "I need a change" is to know exactly what changes you want to make in your life, because when you know what these changes are, then you can direct your flow of thoughts consciously and subconsciously towards it.


It may be surprising to know that some people never ever really make the time to enquire from within, so as to realise and understand their innermost desires or needs in life. It may seem quite easy to just go with the flow and let things ride themselves, and so they make do with circumstances and conditions as they find it from day to day.

Well, the question here is, how do you change this, how do you get to reach a point where you know exactly what you want, and how to drive your innermost desires or needs, so that you will eventually get there?

Ok, here are a few of points that will help you to enquire from within and then to truly begin that process of creating the life that you truly desire.

1. If you don't already have an idea of what you would like to do but you feel that you need a change in lifestyle, the first thing to do is to carefully meditate and hold in your consciousness the desire to realise your focus or desired purpose in life.

2.When you do this, ask yourself questions like: What do I really need now, what do I enjoy doing, what gives me the absolute feeling of happiness, what gives me the buzz, what do I think I could do all day without feeling tired or bored, what are my heart's desires, etc. List these things out, and then continue to meditate over a period as necessary, until you're sure of the things you desire deep down.


3. You can categorise your list of needs or desires into areas such as health, family, education, finances, socialising, work or business, or any other area that you would like to add to your list. When you're done, prioritise these according to your requirements and continue to meditate on these until you are fully sure of your deeper innermost needs.

4. When you are happy with your priorities, pick the one that you'd like to start with from your list, which is the one you feel you need the most, and then concentrate on this on a daily basis. Don't make the mistake of jumping from one priority to another on a daily basis, because this is scattering of thought and energy that leads to no clear purpose, no direction and consequently no achievement.

5. Make it your intention to visualise this priority as a true inner desire, and to believe that you can achieve this with time. Never doubt that you can truly have what you desire, just know that as you build up your desire you are emitting the necessary energy that would eventually draw your actions and your prioritised desire closer and closer until you get there.

6. Continue to visualise your desire, and hold it faithfully in your consciousness while pressing on with your current circumstances and conditions. Don't let any current negative events or occurrences push you away from your much prioritised desire.

7. Be patient, and know that you are drawing the ever "Faithful Universal Creative Spirit of Life" towards you on a daily basis. Endevour to always build in gratitude, love, happiness, hope, forgiveness, self belief, into your life as an ongoing way of living.

8. In time with endurance, persistence and perseverance you'll realise that the power within you from a deeper level can attain for you whatever you truly and earnestly desire in life.

The thought of knowing that you can change circumstances and conditions by holding this faithfully in your consciousness and then gradually pressing on with the necessary actions, all driven from within is vital as the motivation to achieve.
